Worldwide gatherings celebrate 57th anniversary of the CPP

Last December 21, more than a hundred members of organizatons of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) marched along the busy streets of Manila to celebrate the 57th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP). Police presence did not deter the militance of the march.

Groups condemn US aggression, stand in solidarity with Venezuela

Progressive and revolutionary organizations in the Philippines have issued strong and coordinated condemnations of what they describe as escalating United States imperialist aggression against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, warning that Washington’s actions violate international law, undermine national sovereignty, and threaten peace in Latin America and beyond.

Anti-dynasty bill will only strengthen political dynasties

Ferdinand Marcos Jr, president of the reactionary government in the Philippines, is surprisingly pushing for an anti-dynasty bill in Congress. He himself comes from a long established political dynasty. In the country’s rotten bureaucrat capitalist political system, family members take turns or hold elective positions at the same time, enabling families to control power for too long, preventing new politicians to enter the system.

Demonstrators call: All those involved must be held accountable

Last December 10,2025, massive demonstrations were held in Manila, and in 14 other cities and provinces, like Baguio, Panay and Negros. The protest was led by Karapatan, and Bayan, were in commemoration of the 77th International Human Rights Day.

2 Red fighters save masses from fascist attack, and kill 2 enemy troops

They knew fully well that at least 20 terrorist soldiers from the Intelligence Service of the AFP (ISAFP) at Military Intelligence Batallion (MIB) under the 8th Infantry Division were camping in Barangay Babaclayon, San Jose de Buan, Samar province for at least three days already, but because of the call of revolutionary duty, two Red fighters still proceeded to the barrio to extend needed assistance to the peasant masses.

CPP declares 4-day unilateral ceasefire

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) has declared a 4-day ceasefire that will take effect from 12am of December 25, 2025 to 11:59pm of December 26, and from 12am of December 31, 2025 to 11:59pm of January 1, 2026.
Int’l Tribunal finds USA and Israel guilty of ecocide, forced starvation, genocide

The International League of Peoples’ Struggle, International People’s Front and Peoples’ Coalition for Food Sovereignty held the International People’s Tribunal “Right to Resist: The Palestinian People vs. the Zionist Occupation and the US Government” from November 22 to 23 in Barcelona, Catalonia. Through witness testimonies, this quasi-judicial process provided insight into the far-reaching destruction of Palestinian society. Israel, the United States of America and other complicit entities were found guilty of genocide, ecocide and forced starvation. The United Kingdom, France and Germany were found complicit in aiding, abetting and enabling the crimes. The jury coined the term “metacide” to describe the complete destruction of Palestinian society - a deliberate strategy to not just erase Palestine from the map, but to erase everything. From farms and water sources to hospitals and clinics, nothing was spared from the claws of Israeli aggression.
